-ción Words & 'quiero'

negativesaccents & pronunciation

What this lesson covers

English -tion becomes Spanish -ción (preparation → preparación), pronounced with an /s/ (or /th/ in much of Spain). You get quiero ('I want') plus an infinitive, and the reflexive ending -me (quiero prepararme), building I-want-to-do-X sentences.
